Participants may choose from any of the following services:

Small Business Incubator

Our small business incubator program is designed to help potential entrepreneurs select a business concept, develop a preliminary business plan, complete a pilot contract and evaluate the results. This experience helps them determine if entrepreneurship is right for them, and whether they have selected a business concept that is a good match for both their skills and the demands of the market. Additionally, entrepreneurs with a business already underway, even in the earliest stages, can access coaching, technical assistance, community mentorship, shared marketing, office space and equipment to help them grow a successful business.

Enhanced Job Search Program

Participants pursuing employment select from a menu of services including job aptitude and feasibility evaluation, resume and interview preparation, and networking strategies.

Business and Technology Skills

Clients participate in training seminars, self-directed study and internships to improve their marketable skills. Staff members, community partners and volunteers offer one-on-one assistance. Working Order also sponsors the Technology Access Project (TAP), a series of workshops and individualized lab times designed to help participants acquire the basic computer and Internet skills they will need to develop their business concept or find employment.
